We are pleased to confirm that the new LOOKCARD mobile application is now officially available on both the iOS App Store and Google Play Store. This release marks another milestone of our enhanced mobile experience.
Please review the following important updates:
New Mobile App Access Limited to WebApp Users
The newly launched LOOKCARD app is currently intended exclusively for users who registered or accessed via the WebApp platform. WebApp users may log in using their existing WebApp credentials.
Old Mobile App and New Mobile App Are Not Yet Synchronized
At this stage, the previous lookcard.io mobile app and the new LOOKCARD app operate on separate systems.
- Your existing lookcard.io mobile app login credentials will not work on the new app.
- Data, account information, and app activity will not sync between the two applications during this phase.
System Migration Scheduled for Stage 2
A full migration and consolidation of both applications will be implemented in Stage 2 of our rollout. Once the migration process is ready, we will issue an official notification with detailed instructions to ensure a smooth transition for all users.
Language Availability
Regarding language availability, please note that the current Mandarin version is provided for minimal and essential usage only. A full, in-depth language enhancement and interface update will be introduced during Phase 2, expanding support and improving overall user experience.
