Any card application that has been approved but remains unactivated, or any account that has shown no activity for a continuous period of six (6) months, will be subject to suspension at the sole discretion of the Company.
This policy is implemented to uphold regulatory compliance and to safeguard against potential misuse of inactive accounts. Once suspended, all associated card functions – including transactions and access to related services – will be temporarily disabled until further action is taken.
We encourage all approved cardholders to complete their activation promptly and maintain regular account activity to ensure uninterrupted service.
