Standard Delivery Time:
Under normal circumstances, the standard delivery timeframe is within 14 business days.
For Hong Kong addresses, anticipate a delivery period of 7-8 business days; International deliveries may take 12-14 business days.
Expedited Shipment Option:*
If you required expedited delivery, we offer a global expedited option, reducing the delivery time to 7 working days. To request expedited delivery, send an email to support@lookcard.io, including the cardholder’s email address and the last 4 digits of the card number.
*NOTE:
Please note that a USD17 per card expedited shipping fee will be charged to your credit card at the end of the billing month.

The courier may also contact you via the provided phone number for shipment purposes.
