Upon confirmation of your application, LookCard is dedicated to delivering your physical credit card with efficiency and care. Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth card delivery process:

Standard Delivery Time:
Under normal circumstances, the standard delivery timeframe is within 14 business days
For Hong Kong addresses, anticipate a delivery period of 7-8 business days; International deliveries may take 12-14 business days.

Expedited Shipment Option:*
If you required expedited delivery, we offer a global expedited option, reducing the delivery time to 7 working days. To request expedited delivery, send an email to support@lookcard.io, including the cardholder’s email address and the last 4 digits of the card number.
*NOTE:
Please note that a USD17 per card expedited shipping fee will be charged to your credit card at the end of the billing month.

Communication and Updates:
Important shipment information and updates will be sent to your email inbox from no-reply@lookcard.io
The courier may also contact you via the provided phone number for shipment purposes.

Vigilance and Follow-Up:
It is crucial to remain vigilant and regularly check your emails, messages, and answer calls to stay informed about any customs issues or updates on the LookCard shipment.

If any follow up actions are necessary, such as contacting the courier to resolve custom-related matters, please carefully follow the instructions provided in the email to avoid parcel destruction or return.
