STEP 01: Download lookcard.io App:
For iOS Devices:
a) Search for lookcard.io from Apple App Store.
b) Tap on “Download” button and install the app on your device.

For Android Devices:
a) Search for lookcard.io from Google Play Store.
b) Tap on “Install” button and install the app on your device.

STEP 02: Register an account in LookCard Platform
a) Open lookcard.io app, click on “Get Started” button and ” Apply Now”.
b) Register for an account by choosing your username, password and email for verification.

STEP 03: Verify Your Identity
a) Follow the instructions to verify your identity, which includes:
i) Uploading your HKID/ Passport Copy (at least 6 months validity)
ii) Face ID verification
iii) Select your preferred credit card (only one for now) & display name

STEP 04: LookCard+ Credit Card Application Submitted
Your LookCard+ Credit Card has been submitted successfully. The LookCard team will review your application within three (3) working days.
