What happens if I do not repay my LookCard outstanding balance? 

If Cardholder fail to repay their credit card outstanding balance, the following actions may be taken:

  1. Card Suspension:
    If the outstanding balance remains unpaid for three (3) months consecutively, we reserves the right to suspend your card for further transactions. You will need to clear the outstanding balance before the card can be reactivated.
  2. Forfeiture of Deposited Amount:
    If you fail to settle the outstanding balance within 30 days after suspension, any deposited amount associated with your LookCard credit card may be forfeited. Ensure that the outstanding balance is cleared within the specified time frame to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.
