11.11 TOP-UP BONUS CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the LookCard 11.11 Top-Up Bonus Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by Lookcard Limited (“the Company”). By participating in the Campaign, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs. - Campaign Period
The Campaign shall commence on November 11, 2025 at 00:00 (GMT+8) and end on November 13, 2025 at 23:59 (GMT+8). - Eligibility
(a) The Campaign is open to all existing LookCard users with an active and verified account.
(b) Each participant must successfully complete a single top-up of USD 500 or above during the Campaign Period to qualify. - Bonus Mechanics
(a) Eligible users shall receive an extra 1.1% bonus based on the top-up amount made during the Campaign.
(b) The bonus amount will be credited to the user’s account following confirmation of a successful top-up.
(c) The bonus amount is non-transferable, non-convertible, and non-withdrawable. It can only be used for card spending, payments, or transactions within the LookCard ecosystem. - Exclusions and Forfeiture
(a) Top-ups made through unverified third-party wallets or exchanges that fail to reach LookCard within the Campaign Period will not be eligible.
(b) Any cancelled, refunded, reversed, or fraudulent transactions will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
(c) The Company reserves the right to revoke or adjust the bonus in cases of error, system malfunction, or suspected abuse. - Verification and Compliance
(a) The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to request supporting documents if deemed necessary.
(b) Participation in this Campaign is subject to the Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and applicable compliance procedures.
(c) Failure to comply with any of these T&Cs may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the bonus. - Limitation of Liability
(a) The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or delays arising from system errors, network failures, or force majeure events.
(b) The Company does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Campaign platform and reserves the right to modify or suspend the Campaign at any time. - Amendments and Termination
(a) The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Campaign or these T&Cs without prior notice.
(b) In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these T&Cs, the English version shall prevail. - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
(a) These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
(b) Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

11.11充值加赠活动条款与细则
- 活动简介
本条款与细则（以下简称“条款”）规范由 Lookcard Limited（以下称“本公司”） 举办的 LookCard 11.11充值加赠活动（以下简称“活动”）。参与活动即视为用户已阅读、理解并同意遵守本条款。 - 活动期间
活动将于 2025年11月11日00:00（GMT+8） 开始，并于 2025年11月13日23:59（GMT+8） 结束。 - 参与资格
(a) 本活动适用于所有 已完成账户验证的 LookCard 有效用户。
(b) 用户须于活动期间内 单笔充值金额达 USD 500 或以上 方可符合资格。 - 奖金机制
(a) 符合资格的用户将根据充值金额获得 1.1% 的额外奖金。
(b) 奖金将在充值确认成功后自动发放至用户账户。
(c) 奖金 不可转账、不可兑换、亦不可提现，仅限用于 LookCard 平台内的消费或支付交易。
(d) 每位用户在整个活动期间仅可享受一次加赠资格。 - 失效及例外情况
(a) 通过未验证的第三方钱包或交易所 进行充值而未在活动期间到账者，将不具资格。
(b) 若出现 交易取消、退款、撤销或欺诈行为，用户将失去加赠资格。
(c) 如发生系统错误、技术异常或滥用行为，本公司有权 撤回或调整 已发放的奖金。 - 审核与合规
(a) 本公司有权核实所有参与者的资格，并在必要时要求提供相关证明文件。
(b) 参与本活动须遵守本公司的 使用条款、隐私政策及相关合规程序。
(c) 若用户违反本条款之任何规定，将被取消资格及奖金。 - 责任限制
(a) 因系统故障、网络中断或不可抗力所导致的任何损失或延误，本公司概不负责。
(b) 本公司不保证活动平台的持续可用性，并保留随时修改或暂停活动的权利。 - 修改与终止
(a) 本公司有权在不另行通知的情况下 修改、暂停或终止 本活动及其条款。
(b) 若中英文版本存在差异，以 英文版本为准。 - 适用法律与争议解决
(a) 本条款受 香港特别行政区法律 管辖并按其解释。
(b) 因本活动引起的任何争议，将由 香港法院专属管辖。
