TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Period: August 6, 2025 – August 31, 2025 (Both dates inclusive)
- CAMPAIGN DESCRIPTION
The PowerSpender Rebate Campaign is a limited-time promotional initiative aimed at rewarding both new and existing LookCard+ Visa Credit Card holders. Eligible users can enjoy tiered rebate rates based on their cumulative spending within the campaign period, while newly registered users during this time are entitled to an exclusive 1% rebate on all eligible transactions for their first 30 days.
- CAMPAIGN ELIGIBILITY
2.1 GENERAL ELIGIBILITY
This campaign is open to all existing and new users of LookCard+ Visa Credit Card who hold an active, verified account on the LOOKCARD.IO platform.
Participants must be in good standing and not in breach of any terms under the Cardholder Agreement.
2.2 NEW USER ELIGIBILITY
Users who successfully sign up and activate a LookCard+ Visa Credit Card between August 6, 2025 at 00:00 (GMT+8) and August 31, 2025 at 23:59 (GMT+8) shall be deemed “New Users” for the purpose of this campaign.
Card activation is defined as the successful completion of KYC and card issuance, whether virtual or physical.
- REBATE STRUCTURE FOR EXISTING USERS
Eligible spending during the campaign period will be totaled, and rebates will be awarded according to the following tiers:

- The total spend is calculated based on posted, settled transactions in USD.
- Transactions must be completed within the campaign period to qualify.
- Rebates will be calculated after campaign conclusion and credited within 14 business days to the user’s credit card.
- No prorated rebates will be awarded for spend that falls between tiers.
4. EXCLUSIVE 1% REBATE FOR NEW USERS
New users who sign up within the campaign window (August 6–31, 2025) are entitled to a 1% flat rebate on all eligible transactions made within 30 calendar days from their individual card activation date.
This 1% rebate will apply automatically and exclusively during the first 30 days. Rebates under this category will be credited in the same manner—within 14 business days after the 30-day window ends.
5. ELIGIBLE TRANSACTIONS
The following transaction types are eligible for rebate calculation:
- Point-of-sale (POS) transactions
- E-commerce purchases
- Online bill payments
- Subscription-based payments
5.1 INELIGIBLE TRANSACTIONS
The following will not be considered eligible for rebate calculations:
- Transfers between wallets or accounts
- ATM withdrawals or cash advances
- Purchase or top-up of prepaid cards or e-wallets
- Reversals, chargebacks, refunds, or disputed transactions
- Government payments or regulatory fees
- Transaction fees, and penalty charges
6. REBATE ISSUANCE AND REDEMPTION
All rebates will be issued in the form of non-withdrawable credit to the user’s credit card.
Rebates may be used to offset any outstanding balance or future card transactions but cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or converted to cash.
To receive rebates, users must retain an active card status and not have breached any Company policies during the period of reward disbursement.
The total rebate amount awarded to any individual user under this campaign shall be capped at USD 100. If a user’s calculated rebate exceeds this limit, only USD 100 will be credited. This cap applies across both tiered and new user rebates combined.
7. FRAUD, ABUSE, AND DISQUALIFICATION
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any user suspected of gaming the system, engaging in fraudulent activity, or violating any applicable laws or platform terms.
In such cases, the Company may revoke earned rebates and suspend associated accounts without further notice. Decisions made by the Company are final and non-contestable.
8. AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATION
The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this campaign at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
Any changes will be communicated via the LookCard platform and will take immediate effect upon publication.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By participating in this campaign, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the PowerSpender Rebate Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as the broader LookCard Cardholder Agreement.

- 新用户参与资格
在2025年8月6日00:00（GMT+8）至2025年8月31日23:59（GMT+8）期间成功注册并激活LookCard+ Visa信用卡的用户将被视为本活动的”新用户”。
信用卡激活指完成实名身份验证并成功申请Lookcard+ Visa信用卡虚拟或实体卡。
- 现有用户返现
活动期间合格消费金额将累计计算，并按以下金额分级获得返现：

4. 新用户专属1%返现
活动期间新注册用户自卡片激活日起30天内，所有合格交易均可享受1%固定返现。
该1%返现将自动适用于首30天内的交易，返现金额将在30天期结束后14个工作日内以相同方式返还到用户信用卡。
5. a) 合资格交易
以下交易类型可计入返现活动计算中：
- POS交易
- 电商购物
- 网上账单支付
- 订阅类支付
b) 不合资格交易
以下交易类型不会计入返现活动计算中：
- 钱包或账户间转账
- 自动柜员机提现或现金透支
- 预付卡或电子钱包充值
- 退款、取消、有争议的交易
- 政府机构账单支付或交易
- 交易手续费或罚款
6. 返现发还与使用
所有返现将以不可提现的信用额度形式返还到用户信用卡账户。
返现可用于抵扣未结余额或未来交易，但不可转让、提现或兑换现金。
用户需保持卡片状态活跃且在返现发放期间未违反公司政策方可获得返现。
本次活动中，每位用户可获得的返利总额上限为 100 美元。若用户的应得返利金额超过此上限，系统将仅返还最多 100 美元。此返利上限适用于所有返利类型，包括阶梯返利和新用户专属返利
7. 欺诈、滥用与取消资格
公司有权取消任何涉嫌系统操纵、欺诈活动或违反适用法律或平台条款的用户的参与资格。
在此情况下，公司可撤销已获得的返现并暂停相关账户，且不另行通知。公司的决定为最终裁决，不可争议。
8. 条款修改取消
公司保留随时修改、暂停或取消本活动的权利，并可自行决定是否提前通知。任何变更将通过LookCard平台公告，并于发布后立即生效。
9. 接受条款
参与本活动即视为用户已阅读、理解并同意受《PowerSpender返现活动条款与细则》及《LookCard持卡人协议》约束。
