Getting Started By Activating Your Account
Welcome, and thank you for becoming one of our valued users. To ensure your account is secure and activated smoothly, please follow the steps below to complete the activation process:
STEP #01
Once your LookCard+ Visa credit card application is approved, you will receive a system notification email (as shown in the image). Please follow the steps below to complete your account activation.
STEP #02
Please log in to the lookcard.io mobile app and sign in to your account.
STEP #03
After sign in, you will be landing to this page as shown. System is indicating the message and instruction guidance as to how to activate your account.
STEP #04
Proceed with “Deposit/Top Up” your current account wallet.
Note: If you have not completed your initial deposit before your application is approved, the system will display a message indicating “Insufficient balance in your current account wallet”, and you will not be able to proceed with activation.
STEP #05
Copy the wallet address provided by the system, and initiate a transfer from your external wallet to your lookcard.io platform current account wallet.
Make sure the amount you transfer fulfilled the minimum deposit required to activate the card, which is USD 200. Please be reminded that this is not a fee or charges, but the amount will be fully credited to credit limit wallet in exchange for your credit limit.
STEP #06
Once the funds have been successfully credited, please log in to the app again and tap on “Activate Now” to complete the account activation process.
STEP #07
Once your activation is successful, the system will automatically transfer the amount to secure your credit limit. Your LookCard+ account will then be enabled with an initial credit limit of $200, allowing you to start spending instantly with your virtual card.
