Termination of your LOOKCARD account is a permanent action. Once processed:
- All linked card(s) will be deactivated and cannot be reinstated.
- Remaining wallet balances and collateral deposits (if any) will be refunded in accordance with the LookCard Cardholder Agreement.
Any outstanding obligations, including repayments, fees, or pending transactions, must be fully settled prior to termination.
Submitting this form does not immediately close your account. Our team will verify your identity, review obligations, and confirm closure via your registered email.
