Getting Started with LookCard
This guide will walk you through the steps to register for a lookcard.io platform account, apply and activate your LookCard+ Visa Credit Card.
Part 1: Download the App & Register Your Account
Step 1: Download the lookcard.io App
Search for “lookcard.io” on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and install the app.
⚠️ If the app isn’t available, please contact our Customer Support Team to request the APK file.
Step 2: Launch the App
Open the lookcard.io app → Tap “Get Started”
Step 3: Register Your Account
Fill in your personal details and referral code (if any), then tap “Verify”. A 6-digit OTP code will be sent to your registered email.
Once verified, read and agree to the Terms & Conditions — and your account will be successfully created!
Note: Once your lookcard.io account is successfully registered, you’ll gain access to the Internal Transfer feature — allowing you to instantly send funds to other LookCard users. Check out our Internal Transfer Guide to get started with ease!
Part 2: Apply & Activate Your LookCard+ Credit Card
Step 1: Start Card Application
After registration, a pop-up will prompt you to apply for a credit card. Tap “Apply Now” to begin.
Step 2: Card Details
You’ll be redirected to the application page. Enter your preferred card name (English letters only), agree to the terms and conditions, and tap “Proceed”.
Note: You can view detailed card charges by tapping the “ℹ️” Info button next to “Selected Card”.
Step 3: Check Wallet Balance
Ensure you have sufficient funds in your current account wallet to continue:
- If your balance is insufficient, a pop-up will appear. Tap “Top Up” and follow the instructions to deposit funds.
- If your balance is sufficient, you will proceed directly to eKYC Verification.
Step 4: Complete eKYC Verification
Follow the steps to upload your documents. First, confirm your country of residence.
Upload a valid passport or national ID, and verify your phone number via SMS.
Lastly, provide your residential address for billing purposes.
⚠️ Note: Chinese citizens may face stricter verification due to potential name duplication. Please contact support if you encounter repeated issues.
Step 5: Card Activation
The KYC verification process takes approximately 2 minutes. Once approved:
- A $99 activation fee will be automatically deducted from your wallet.
- Your virtual credit card will be activated with an initial $98 credit limit.
You’re All Set!
Your LookCard+ Visa Credit Card is now ready to use. You can bind your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay and start spending immediately. If you’d like to request a physical card, simply tap the “Order Physical Card” banner in the app.
