These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the issuance and ordering process of the LookCard+ Visa Credit Card (the “Card”) issued by Lookcard Limited (the “Company”). By proceeding to place an order and make payment for the Card, you (“The Applicant” or “Cardholder”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND APPLICATION
The Applicant must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. The Applicant must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required by applicable laws and Company policy. The Company reserves the right to reject any card order without obligation to provide a reason.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
a) Standard shipping is available and may be free of charge depending on the destination country.
b) Express shipping is available upon request and will incur an additional fee of USD 20 per shipment.
c) Delivery timeframes are estimated as follows after card production has been completed:

• Standard shipping: 12–21 business days
• Express shipping: We could expedite the shipping to 10 business days
• The Company is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances

3. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
a) Orders may be canceled prior to card processing. Once the card is in production, the card fee and any other fee (if any) becomes non-refundable.
b) If an order cannot be delivered due to errors in the address, any extra shipping charges will be covered by the cardholder.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Card is issued. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on the official platform or app, and continued use constitutes acceptance. By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms along with the Privacy Policy and Fee Schedule.
