As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving retention and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup culture, excels at relationship management, and enjoys collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

Job Summary

  • Manage and grow relationships with resellers, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
  • Onboard new resellers and provide training on product offerings, sales strategies, and commission structures.
  • Monitor reseller performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to increase engagement.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities to expand the reseller network.
  • Act as the main point of contact for resellers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to optimize the reseller program.
  • Track performance metrics and provide reports on reseller growth, revenue, and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry developments to enhance reseller success and program competitiveness.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Account Growth – Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize client value.
  • Onboarding & Support – Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support to enhance their experience.
  • Retention & Engagement – Proactively address client needs, resolve issues, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to ensure clients receive the best possible service and solutions.
  • Reporting & Insights – Analyze account performance, track key metrics, and provide reports to management for strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Fluent in Mandarin & English (written & spoken) – Mandatory
  • 2+ years experience in account management, channel sales, or reseller program management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in fintech, digital payments, or financial services is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
