As a Customer Support Manager, you will play a key role in leading our support team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing support operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup culture, can work with minimal supervision, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, operations, and technical support) to resolve customer concerns.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
  • Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or tech-related industries is a plus.

Desired Characteristics

Requirements & Skills:
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
