The conditions and requirements for terminating your credit card are as follows:
- Minimum Maintenance Period
The credit card must be maintained for at least six (6) months from the activation date before a termination request can be initiated. - Termination Request Submission
Cardholders must submit a formal termination request by contacting the Customer Support Team or sending an official request via email. - Processing Time
Termination requests submitted after the minimum maintenance period will be processed within seven (7) business days, subject to approval. - Outstanding Balances
The Cardholder remains fully responsible for any outstanding balances or transactions made before the termination request is received and confirmed by the company. Any unpaid amounts will be deducted from the initial deposit. - Refund Policy
If there is a refundable deposit, the remaining balance (after deducting any outstanding fees or charges in the event cardholder refuse to clear outstanding balance) will be refunded within ninety (90) days from the date of termination approval. - Early Termination Fees
If the card is terminated before completing the six-month minimum period, applicable fees may be charged, and any accrued benefits may be forfeited at the company’s discretion.
