What does a negative sign in my outstanding balance mean?

A negative outstanding balance [eg: -$200.00; ($200.00)] means you have a credit balance, in other words, you’ve overpaid your card or received a refund/ credit rebate that exceeds your current dues.

This amount is not owed, but instead represents a surplus in your card account. It can be used for:
a) Future spending on your LookCard+ Visa Credit Card
b) Repaying new transactions automatically
c) Requesting a refund back to your Current Account Wallet (upon request)

Example:

  • Your card balance was USD 100
  • You repaid USD 300
  • Outstanding balance now shows ($200.00)

This means you have USD 200 in credit available to spend or request for refund.

What are your feelings
