Once a dispute is raised, the turnaround time for resolution typically ranges between 90 – 120 days, depending on the complexity of the case. During this period, our team will thoroughly investigate the matter and keep you informed of any significant developments. You will be notified of the final outcome via email or through our mobile app notification system, ensuring that you are promptly updated on the status of your dispute.

If the dispute is won, the disputed fee will be credited back to your card. However, if the dispute is lost, you are required to settle the payment.
