How to Transfer Funds to Other LookCard Users

LookCard makes it simple to send funds to other users within the platform. Whether you’ve already activated your LookCard+ Visa Credit Card or not, here’s how to access and use the Internal Transfer feature.

Scenario 1: You Haven’t Applied for Your Card Yet

You can still access the Internal Transfer function even if you haven’t applied for a credit card. To unlock this feature, you’ll need to complete Basic KYC verification, which includes:

  • Uploading a valid identity document (passport or national ID);
  • Providing your full residential address.

Tap “Proceed” to start the verification process. Select your country of residence, then follow the instructions to complete identity verification.

Next, follow the instructions to upload your passport or national ID, then enter your mobile number for verification.

Note: Please ensure the document is valid and unexpired, with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Complete phone verification by entering the OTP code sent to your mobile number.

Then, enter your full residential address as part of the verification process.

Once all the steps above are completed, please allow 2–3 minutes for your submission to be reviewed.

⚠️ Note: Chinese citizens may face stricter verification due to name duplication. If verification fails repeatedly, please contact our support team.

Scenario 2: You’ve Already Activated Your Card

No extra steps needed! You can start transferring funds immediately!

How to Make an Internal Transfer

STEP #01

Access Your Account Page

Open the lookcard.io app and navigate to your Account Page.

STEP #02

Initiate the Transfer

Tap the Transfer Icon on your Account Page.

STEP #03

Enter Transfer Details

  • Recipient’s Email: Input the recipient’s registered email address.
  • Amount: Enter the amount you wish to transfer (minimum 10 USDT).

Double-check all details, then tap “Transfer” to proceed.

STEP #04

Confirm Transaction

  • Review the recipient’s email, name and amount carefully.
  • Tap “Confirm” to finalize the transfer.

Important: Transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed.

STEP #05

Completion

After confirming, tap “Done”. You’ll be redirected automatically to your Account Page.

STEP #06

Track Your Transaction

To view transfer status, go to the “Latest Transactions” section on your Account Page.

STEP #07

Recipient’s Confirmation

The recipient will see the transferred funds in their Transaction History under their account.
