📅 Billing Cycle
- Billing Period: From the 1st to the last day of each calendar month
- Statement Generation Date:The 1st of the following month
- Monthly Statement Delivery Method:A PDF version of your statement will be sent to your registered email address
EXAMPLE:
- If a transaction occurs between March 5 and March 31, it will be included in your March statement.
- You will receive the March statement on April 1.
- The repayment due date will be April 10.
⏳Repayment Deadline
- Repayment Period: Within 10 days from the statement generation date
- Suggested Timing: We recommend repaying as early as possible after the statement is issued to avoid potential delays due to network issues
💰How to Make a Repayment
Follow these simple steps:

STEP #01:
Log in to the lookcard.io App, tap on the “Account” tab from the bottom menu, then select “Make a Payment”.

STEP #02:
The system will display your credit card statement details, including:
- Outstanding Balance
- Statement Balance (previous month’s total)
Minimum Payment Due

You may choose from the following repayment options:
- Outstanding Balance Payment:
Settle all outstanding balances to avoid any fees or charges - Statement Balance Payment:
Pay off the entire amount from your current billing statement - Minimum Payment:
Maintain a good credit record, though interest or fees may still apply - Custom Amount:
Enter a specific repayment amount based on your own situation

Source of Repayment Funds
The repayment amount will be deducted directly from your Current Account Wallet
Please ensure there is sufficient balance in your wallet to complete the payment
If the balance is insufficient, the system will prompt you to top up your wallet first
