Set Card Spending Limit

To help you better manage your budget and control spending, LookCard allows users to set custom daily or per-transaction spending limits for both virtual and physical cards. You can access the spending limit settings through either of the following methods:

Method 1: Access via Card Details Page

Step 1:
Log in to the lookcard.io App and navigate to your homepage.

Step 2:
Tap the center of your card to verify and reveal the card details. You will see a Settings icon in the upper right corner of the card.

Step 3:
Tap the Settings icon, and the system will direct you to the Spending Limit Settings page.

On this page, you can configure the following spending limits according to your personal preferences:

  • Daily Spending Limit: Set the maximum amount that can be spent per day
  • Per-Transaction Limit: Set a cap on the amount allowed for each individual transaction
  • Monthly Spending Limit: Manage your long-term budget by limiting total monthly spending


All settings will take effect immediately upon submission. The system will automatically monitor transactions based on the limits you’ve set. If a transaction exceeds the defined limit, it will be automatically declined, ensuring the security of your funds.

Method 2: Access via the Settings Menu

Step 1:
On the main screen of the app, tap the “Settings” button located at the bottom right corner.

Step 2:
Under the Services section, select “Manage Card.”

Step 3:
Then tap on “Transaction Limit” to access the configuration page.
