1. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
This campaign is valid from June 10^th, 2025 at 00:00 to June 30^th, 2025 at 23:59 GMT+8, inclusive.

2. ELIGIBILITY
The campaign is exclusively open to New Users, defined as individual who:

• Have not previously held a lookcard.io platform account and/or LookCard+ Visa Credit Card
• Successfully apply for and activate a LookCard+ Visa Credit Card through their registered account on the lookcard.io platform during the Campaign period.

All participants must be at least 18 years old and meet LookCard’s mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements. Accounts that fail to pass verification, screening, or regulatory checks will not be eligible for promotional benefits.

3. CAMPAIGN OFFERS

3.1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible, a New User must meet all of the following criteria::
a) Successfully register for a lookcard.io account during the Campaign period;

b) Make a minimum deposit of USD 200 into their lookcard.io platform account during the campaign period; A deposit admin charge of 1.5% will be applied;

c) From the deposited amount:

• • USD 99 will be automatically deducted as one-off activation fee;
  • The remaining USD 98 will be instantly allocated as credit limit to unlock the LookCard+ Visa Credit Card, available for immediate spending.
    
    

d) Complete at least one eligible spending transaction using the credit card within the campaign period. 

3.2. REBATE STRUCTURE

a) Eligible users will earn a rebate of USD 1 for every USD 1 spent, up to a maximum rebate of USD 49.

b) Spending can be made through a single or multiple transaction, as long as the total cumulative spending reaches up to the max rebate within the eligible period.

c) Only card transactions made within the campaign dates will be considered for rebate eligibility.

d) Eligible transactions must be successfully settled and not subject to refund, reversal, chargeback or dispute.

3.3. REBATE DISBURSEMENT

a) Rebates will be released within 14 business days following the end of the campaign period, subject to verification, and will be applied either to offset outstanding balances or as a statement credit.

b) If there is no outstanding balance at the time of crediting, the rebate will remain as a positive balance in the credit card account and will be applied against future transactions.

c) Rebates are non-cash, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to other accounts.

d) LookCard reserved the right to claw back cashback if any eligible transactions are later cancelled, refunded, or reversed.

4. ELIGIBLE SPENDING REQUIREMENTS

4.1. To qualify for the rebate under this Campaign, all spending must be made exclusively via the LookCard+ Visa Credit Card.

4.2. Only transactions that are successfully charged to and cleared using the credit card and not listed under excluded transaction category (see Section 4.3) will be considered eligible for rebate purposes.

4.3. The following transaction types are excluded and will not qualify toward the minimum spending requirements:

a) Refunded or Reversed Transactions
b) Cash Advances includes ATM Withdrawals
c) Gambling and betting transactions including online betting, casino chips, lottery tickets and similar activities
d) Any transaction flagged by the platform for validation, testing or suspected misuse.

5. SINGLE ENTRY RULE/ REWARD OVERLAP POLICY

To maintain transparency and ensure fair participation, each participant is eligible to enroll in only one active campaign at a time. If a user completes an action (e.g., referring a new user) that qualifies under multiple campaigns simultaneously, the action will only be counted toward one reward — specifically, the campaign that provides the greater monetary value. Users will not receive duplicate rewards for the same action across different campaigns.

This means:

• • If you meet the criteria for more than one campaign, you will be automatically enrolled in the campaign you first qualify for.
  • You will not be eligible to receive rewards from multiple campaigns, even if you meet the qualifying conditions of more than one during the same period.

6. GENERAL TERMS

6.1. All amounts are stated in USD.

6.2. Each participant is limited to one (1) eligible lookcard.io account. Multiple accounts or attempts to circumvent the terms will result in disqualification.

6.3. Rebates, credits, and rewards under this Campaign are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6.4. LookCard reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these terms at its discretion, subject to regulatory approval if required.

6.5. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and the Mandarin version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail and be considered the official and binding version.

7. COMPLIANCE AND REGULATORY DISCLAIMER

7.1. LookCard operates in accordance with applicable financial services regulations and is committed to complying with all KYC, AML, and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) requirements.

7.2. Participation in this Campaign is subject to account verification, transaction monitoring, and compliance review. LookCard reserves the right to disqualify any participants or withhold promotional benefits if suspicious, non-compliant, or fraudulent activity is detected.

7.3. LookCard may disclose participant information to relevant regulatory authorities if required by law.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. LookCard shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from participants in the Campaign, including but not limited to technical failures, system errors, transaction delays, or third-party service issues.

8.2. LookCard makes no guarantees regarding the quality, availability, or performance of third-party merchants or service providers involved in transactions.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTON
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
