JUST 99 TO UNLOCK THE CREDIT CARD OF THE FUTURE CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Campaign Period: February 17, 2025 (12:00pm GMT+8) – May 17, 2025 (11:59pm GMT+8), both dates inclusive.
1. CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW
This Campaign provides an exclusive opportunity for customers to activate a crypto-collateralized credit card with a one-off activation fee at USD99 only (Normal Rate: USD 150). This campaign is valid from February 17th, 2025 at 12:00pm GMT+8 to May 17th, 2025 at 11:59pm GMT+8. Activation must be completed during this period to qualify for the discounted rate.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. The campaign is open to all new users who meet the eligibility requirements.
2.2. Participants must be at least 18 years old and pass the eKYC verification process.
2.3. The campaign offer applies only to first-time card activations under this promotion.
3. CRITERIA/ REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for this promotion, users must meet the following requirements:
a) Users must deposit a minimum of USD 200 to their current account wallet to activate their lookcard.io platform account and unlock their credit card.
b) The USD 99 activation fee is deducted from the deposit and is non-refundable.
c) Upon activation, users will unlock a USD 98 credit limit for their LookCard+ Visa Credit Card, available for immediate use.
d) The card is subject to standard cardholder terms, including applicable fees, transaction limits, and security policies.
4. ACTIVATION FEE & CREDIT LIMIT
a) Successful activation is confirmed only after the required USD 200 deposit is made and the activation fee is deducted.
b) The activated card must be used within thirty (30) days from issuance to maintain eligibility for campaign benefits.
c) Failure to meet the deposit requirement or activate the card within the stipulated period may result in the forfeiture of promotional benefits.

5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
The USD 99 activation fee is strictly non-refundable, except in cases where the card application is declined by the issuer. If the card is canceled after activation, standard cancellation and account closure terms will apply.
6. RIGHTS OF TERMINATION AND MODIFICATION
a) Lookcard Limited reserves the sole and absolute right to terminate, suspend or disqualify any user’s participation in this promotion at any time and without prior notice if:
i. The user violates any terms and conditions of this campaign.
ii. Suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activities are detected.
iii. There is any breach of LookCard’s policies, regulatory requirements, or applicable laws.
b) Lookcard Limited reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, or cancel this campaign at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
7.1. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or incentives unless explicitly stated.
7.2. LookCard is not responsible for any technical issues, transaction delays, or system errors that may affect eligibility or deposit processing.
7.3. In case of disputes, LookCard’s decision shall be final and binding.
7.4. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Mandarin version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
7.5. This campaign is governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
