TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW

The LookCard+ Visa Credit Card Flights and Hotels Cashback Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Lookcard Limited (“the Company”). Under this Campaign, eligible cardholders of LookCard+ Visa Credit Card (“Card”) will receive 1% cashback on eligible travel and hotel-related transactions made during the Campaign Period, subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

The Campaign runs from October 15th, 2025 to December 31st, 2025, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”). Transactions made outside this period will not be eligible for cashback.

3. ELIGIBILITY

This Campaign is open to all LookCard+ Visa Credit Card principal cardholders whose accounts are in good standing and not blocked, suspended, or terminated during the Campaign Period and at the time of cashback crediting.

4. ELIGIBLE TRANSACTIONS

Eligible transactions are retail purchases successfully posted during the Campaign Period under the Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) defined by Visa as Travel and Lodging merchants.

(a) Travel-Related Merchant Categories

(b) Hotel / Lodging-Related Merchant Categories

Eligible transactions include payments made directly to merchants or via recognized online booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com, AirAsia, or Cathay Pacific).

Transactions must be successfully posted to the Card account within the Campaign Period. The following transactions are not eligible for cashback:

- Cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or disputed transactions
- Payments for travel insurance, loyalty memberships, or gift vouchers
- Transactions processed through third-party payment aggregators that are not categorized under the above MCCs
- Any transaction not recognized by Visa as Travel or Lodging merchant type.

5. CASHBACK DETAILS

Cashback is awarded at 1% of the total eligible transaction amount (in USD or equivalent foreign currency) during the Campaign Period.

The maximum cashback a cardholder can earn is USD 50 during the Campaign Period. Cashback will be credited to the cardholder’s LookCard+ Visa Credit Card Account within 14 days after the Campaign Period ends.

Cashback will be calculated based on the final settled amount after currency conversion and excluding any applicable transaction or network fees.

Cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and it can be used to offset outstanding balances only.

6. REVERSAL AND FORFEITURE

If a transaction is cancelled, refunded, or reversed after cashback has been credited, the corresponding cashback amount will be deducted from the cardholder’s wallet or adjusted in the next billing cycle. The Company reserves the right to forfeit or claw back cashback in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to recover or adjust any cashback amount that was incorrectly credited, obtained through fraudulent means, or resulting from transactions deemed ineligible after verification.

7. GENERAL TERMS

- The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any transaction or account.
- The Company shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or damage arising from system errors, merchant processing failures, or network interruptions.
- The Company shall not be responsible for any transaction misclassification by Visa, merchant acquirers, or payment processors.
- The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and binding.

8. LANGUAGE

In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Campaign shall be referred to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its prevailing rules.

10. DISCLAIMERS

Use of the LookCard+ Visa Credit Card is subject to the Cardholder Agreement, Fee Structure, and Privacy Policy available on the official website. Participation in this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and all related policies.

条款与细则

1. 活动概述

由 LookCard Limited（以下简称“本公司”）主办的 LookCard+ Visa 信用卡机票与酒店消费现金回馈活动（以下简称“本活动”），旨在回馈持卡人于旅行相关消费中的支持与使用。在活动期间，符合资格的 LookCard+ Visa 信用卡（以下简称“本卡”）持卡人，于符合条件的旅行及酒店相关消费中，可享有 1% 现金回馈优惠。

2. 活动期间

本活动自 2025 年 10 月 15 日 起至 2025 年 12 月 31 日 止（含首尾两日）（以下简称“活动期间”）。所有不在活动期间内完成或入账的交易，均不符合现金回馈资格。

3. 参加资格

本活动仅限于 LookCard+ Visa 信用卡持卡人参加。持卡人在活动期间及现金回馈入账时，其账户须保持良好信用记录，且账户状态不得被封锁、暂停或终止。如账户出现违约、欠款或被暂停使用情形，本公司有权取消其参加及领取回馈之资格。

4. 符合条件的交易

符合条件之交易系指在活动期间内成功入账之零售消费，且该交易的商户类别代码（Merchant Category Code，MCC）须由 Visa 定义为以下两类：

- 旅行类（Travel）商户
- 住宿类（Lodging）商户

符合条件的交易包括：
通过商户直接付款，或经由认可的线上订房及旅行平台（例如 Booking.com、Agoda、Expedia、Trip.com、AirAsia、Cathay Pacific 等）完成的消费。

交易必须于活动期间内成功入账，方可计入回馈资格。以下交易类型不符合现金回馈条件：

- 交易取消、退款、拒付（Chargeback）或争议中的交易；
- 旅行保险、会员积分计划或礼券等支付；
- 经第三方支付聚合商处理、但不属于上述 MCC 分类的交易；
- 未被 Visa 认定为“旅行（Travel）”或“住宿（Lodging）”类别的交易。

5. 回馈详情

在活动期间内，持卡人可就符合条件的交易金额（以美元或等值外币计算）获得 1% 现金回馈。每位持卡人在本活动期间可获得的最高现金回馈金额为 USD 50。

回馈金额将于活动结束后 14 日内存入持卡人的 LookCard+ Visa 信用卡账户。现金回馈将根据最终结算金额计算，并不包含任何交易手续费或网络费用。

回馈不得转让、兑换现金，仅可用于抵扣未偿还余额。

6. 回冲与没收

若交易在回馈入账后发生取消、退款或撤销，本公司有权自持卡人账户或下一账期中扣回或调整相应回馈金额。若发现持卡人存在滥用、欺诈或违反本条款之行为，本公司保留没收、追讨或调整回馈金额之权利。

本公司亦保留追收任何因系统错误、欺诈行为或不合资格交易而被误发之回馈的权利。

7. 一般条款

- 本公司有权核实任何交易或账户的资格与状态。
- 因系统错误、商户处理失败或网络中断而导致之延误、损失或损害，本公司概不承担责任。
- 若商户、收单机构或 Visa 对交易类别代码（MCC）归类错误，本公司不承担责任。
- 本公司保留修改、暂停或终止本活动及/或修订本条款的权利，恕不另行通知。
- 与本活动有关的所有事项及决定，均由本公司作出最终裁定，并具约束力。

8. 语言

若本条款与细则之英文版本与任何翻译版本之间存在差异或歧义，一切以英文版本为准。

9. 准据法与司法管辖

本条款与细则受香港特别行政区法律管辖并据以解释。凡因本活动所引起或与之相关的任何争议，均应提交香港国际仲裁中心（HKIAC）按其现行有效规则进行仲裁。

10. 免责声明

使用 LookCard+ Visa 信用卡须遵守本公司官方网站所载之《持卡人协议》、《费用结构》及《隐私政策》。
持卡人参与本活动，即视为已阅读、理解并同意遵守本条款及所有相关政策。
