The following transactions do not qualify for cashback:
Cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks
Payments for travel insurance, loyalty programs, or gift vouchers
Transactions through third-party payment processors that do not fall under travel or lodging MCC codes
Transactions not recognized by Visa as “Travel” or “Lodging” merchants

How is cashback calculated?/ 现金回馈如何计算？
Cashback is 1% of the total eligible transaction amount, calculated in USD.
Amounts in other currencies will be converted using Visa’s daily exchange rate on the posting date.

Cashback will be credited to your LookCard+ Visa Credit Card Account within 14 days after each month end starting from October 15th.

Can I transfer or withdraw the cashback?/ 我可以转让或提现现金回馈吗？
No. Cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It can only be used to offset your outstanding balance on your LookCard+ Visa Credit Card.

If the transaction is cancelled, refunded, or reversed, the corresponding cashback will be deducted or adjusted from your account.

What if the merchant is not properly categorized under Travel or Lodging?/ 如果商户类别代码（MCC）错误怎么办？
Merchant Category Codes (MCC) are determined by Visa and the merchant’s acquiring bank. If a transaction is not categorized as Travel or Lodging, it will not be eligible — even if it appears travel-related.
