Terms & Conditions of Share and Earn Program
These Terms and Conditions govern the LookCard Share and Earn Program (“Referral Program”) offered by Lookcard Limited, a digital payment solution provider. By participating in this Referral Program, existing LookCard cardholders (“Referrers”) and referred friends or family members (“Referred Customers”) agree to comply with all terms set forth below, in addition to the LookCard General Cardholder Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any applicable local regulatory requirements, participation in the Program implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS
The Referral Program is valid from January 6th, 2025, through January 5th, 2026. To qualify for referral rewards, all referred applications must be submitted, approved, and the Lookcard+ Credit Card is activated within one month from the date of approval. Lookcard Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or extend the Program duration. Any changes to the Program’s validity period will be formally communicated through official communication channels.
- Referrers must be active LookCard+ Credit Cardholders in good standing, with no outstanding payments or penalties. LookCard reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer whose account is in default or has a history of delinquent payments.
- Referrers must be individuals, not businesses, corporations, or organizations. Participation in this Referral Program is strictly personal and limited to natural persons.
- Referred Customers must be new applicants who have never previously applied for or held a LookCard Platform account.
- Referred Customers must apply using the unique referral code shared by the Referrer at the time of application to be eligible for Referral Program rewards.
- Both Referrers and Referred Customers must be of legal age (18 or older) or meet the minimum credit card age requirement in their respective jurisdiction.
- Both Referrers and Referred Customers must maintain their LookCard Platform accounts in good standing, without any violations of the LookCard User Agreement, for the entire duration of Referral Program participation.
2. HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
- Referrers share the unique referral code through the LookCard account dashboard, accessible through the lookcard.io mobile app.
- Referrers may share their unique code directly with potential applicants (Referred Customers) via private channels (e.g., email, text message). Public or mass distribution on social media, forums, or any public platforms is strictly prohibited.
- Referred Customers must enter the referral code during their application process to qualify both for the Referral Program’s rebate and associated rewards.
- If the referral link is shared, referred customer can access directly via the link and the referral details will be automatically bind.
- The Referred Customer’s application is subject to Lookcard Limited’s standard assessment and approval process, which includes verification of identity and other eligibility criteria.
- Only applications that are approved and result in a successful card activation within 30 days of approval will qualify for rewards under this Referral Program.
- The Referrer is eligible to receive a one-time rebate of USD 20 for each successful referral, defined as the full approval and activation of the Referred Customers LookCard+ Credit Card (the “Credit Card”).
- Referrer rewards are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and are not redeemable for cash. Rewards may only be applied as a credit to the Referrer’s Credit Card account, offsetting any outstanding balance or reducing future charges.
- The system will calculate eligibility based on the activation due date and align it with the nearest month-end. For instance, if approval occurs on September 10, the 30-day activation deadline would be on October 10. The system will then use the nearest month-end, in this case, October 31, to summarise eligible users for rewards.
- If deemed eligible, rewards will be credited to the account by the 15th of the following month, such as November 15 in this example. Ensure timely activation within the 30-day period to qualify for rewards.
- Rewards must be redeemed within three (3) months from the date they become available. After this period, any unredeemed rewards will be forfeited.
- Upon successful redemption, rewards will be credited to your credit card, offsetting any outstanding balance.
- Upon successful activation of the LookCard+ Credit Card, the Referred Customer becomes eligible for a one-time rebate of USD 10, which will be credited at the end of the nearest month-end.
- Rewards for Referred Customers are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. These rewards can only be applied as a credit to the Referred Customer’s Credit Card account, offsetting any outstanding balance or reducing future charges.
- Rewards will be disbursed based on the nearest month-end following the activation due date. For example, if the approval date is September 10, the 30-day activation deadline would fall on October 10. The system will then align the eligibility calculation with the nearest month-end, which would be October 31 in this case, to summarize eligible users for rewards.
- Once eligibility is confirmed, rewards will be disbursed by the 15th of the following month and made available for redemption through the referral dashboard.
- The rewards must be redeemed within three (3) months from the date they become available; after this period, any unredeemed rewards will be forfeited.
- Upon redemption, the reward amount will be credited directly to the Customer’s Credit Card account, applying as a balance offset.
Table 1 below provides an illustration of the eligibility requirements and how Referral Program are applied.

The Referrer has successfully referred 3 activated customers by September 15th. Entitlement: USD 60 By October 15TH , the USD 60 reward will be available for redemption. Upon successful redemption, it will credit into the credit card account offsetting outstanding balance. |

- Referral codes are intended for personal use only. Referrers are prohibited from advertising, distributing, or otherwise publicizing their referral codes on public or commercial websites, social media, forums, or other online channels.
- Lookcard Limited reserves the right to void any referral if it determines that the code was obtained or used in violation of these Terms.
- Only applications completed with a valid referral code at the time of submission will be eligible for Referral Program rewards.
- Applications submitted without a referral code cannot be retroactively applied to the Referral Program, and no exceptions will be made.
- Lookcard Limited reserves the right to monitor accounts and referrals to ensure compliance with these Terms. Accounts that engage in suspicious, fraudulent, or prohibited activities will be immediately disqualified from the Referral Program.
- Actions considered fraudulent include, but are not limited to, creating multiple accounts, generating fictitious applications, and any other attempt to manipulate the Referral Program to benefit a Referrer or Referred Customer improperly.
- Accounts found in violation of these Terms, the LookCard User Agreement, or applicable laws and regulations will forfeit all pending rewards and be permanently barred from Referral Program participation.
- Lookcard Limited may seek to recover any improperly granted rewards and reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
- By participating in the Referral Program, both Referrers and Referred Customers consent to LookCard’s collection, processing, and use of personal data for the purposes of verifying referral eligibility, monitoring compliance, and processing rewards as per LookCard’s Privacy Policy.
- Personal data related to this Referral Program will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or regulatory obligations. Both Referrers and Referred Customers may be subject to routine compliance checks as part of LookCard’s obligations under data privacy regulations.
- Lookcard Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with any changes effective upon publication on the LookCard website or through other official communication channels.
- Participants are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed about any modifications.
- LookCard may suspend or terminate the Referral Program at its sole discretion without prior notice. In the event of termination, any pending referral rewards that have not yet been credited may be forfeited at LookCard’s discretion.
- LookCard makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the Referral Program. Participants acknowledge that they participate in the Referral Program at their own risk.
- LookCard shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from delays in processing referral rewards, technical issues preventing code entry, or rejection of applications based on credit evaluations.
- Any disputes arising from or related to this Referral Program will be resolved through LookCard’s Dispute Resolution Policy as outlined in the LookCard User Agreement.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LookCard operates. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this jurisdiction for the resolution of disputes arising from or related to this Program.
- In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Mandarin translation of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
By participating in the LookCard Referral Program, all participants affirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. The Program is void where prohibited by law, and participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
