📣 Official Announcement: Launch of the New LOOKCARD Mobile App

The new LOOKCARD mobile app is now live on iOS and Android. Please note that this app is currently for WebApp users only. The old and new apps are not yet synchronized, and existing mobile app credentials will not work on the new app. Full migration and additional language support will be introduced in Stage 2.

⚠️ Important Notice – Suspension of Apple Pay for Hong Kong–Issued Cards

Effective 25 August 2025, Apple Pay will no longer be available for all Hong Kong–issued Cards. Cards already added to Apple Pay will continue working until removed by user, but cannot be re-added. Google Pay (Android) users are not affected and may continue using the service as usual.
