It is important to note that the collateral you provide is locked for obtaining your credit limit and should not be use for repayment.

You will receive your monthly statement at the 1st of following month, and you are obligated to cleared your statement balance within ten (10) days from the statement date.

The collateral amount is accessed under two specific circumstances:

  • When you decide to discontinue/ terminate our services, we will refund the initial deposit.
  • In the event of failure to repay outstanding balances consecutively for three (3) months, we reserve the right to utilize the deposit to liquidate the collateral to cover the outstanding amounts.

Standard Delivery Time:
Under normal circumstances, the standard delivery timeframe is within 14 days. For Hong Kong addresses, anticipate a delivery period of 7-8 business days; International deliveries may take 12-14 business days.

Expedited Shipment Option:
If you required expedited delivery, we offer a global expedited option, reducing the delivery time to 7 working days. To request expedited delivery, send an email to support@lookcard.io, including the cardholder’s email address and the last 4 digits of the card number.

Please note that a USD17 per card expedited shipping fee will be charged to your credit card at the end of the billing month.

If you want to increase your credit limit beyond the initial amount granted, simply deposit additional funds into your account, aligning with the new limit you wish to attain.

      • Receive OTP via SMS: opt for receiving OTPs via SMS to your registered mobile number. This method involves receiving a one-time password via text message, which you’ll use for verification during online transaction.
      • Mobile App Secure Verification: Choose to receive verification via mobile app approval. LookCard operates on a billing cycle where statements are generated on the 1st of the following month. This statements typically includes a summary of your monthly transactions and outstanding balances.
How/ where can I check my LookCard statement?

To access your LookCard statement, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your LookCard account and navigate to the “Transaction” section.
  2. Select the “Statement” option.
    • Here, you’ll find all your statements for previous months. You can also download them for your records.

 

In addition to accessing statement within your account, you’ll receive a monthly email notification containing your statement as an attachment for your reference.

 

NOTE:
It’s important to note that for security purposes your monthly statement is encrypted in PDF format. To view your statement, please use the following default password format:

Begin with the first character of your name in lowercase as indicated in your identity card or passport; follow by “@” and then the last four digit of your ID no or passport no.

How do I make payments for my outstanding balance?

Follow the below guidelines for your repayment on monthly statement balance/ outstanding balance:

  1. Log in to your LookCard account, navigate to the “Wallet” section.

  2. Select “Pay Bill” option, and choose on the type of payment you would like to perform, eg: outstanding balance, statement balance, customize amount etc.
    If customize amount is chosen, then you will need to enter the amount you would like to pay, and select the network through which you’d like to make the payment.

  3. Finally, proceed to Pay button and it will be connected to external network.

Is it feasible to settle my credit card payments for LookCard through a bank transfer?
No. It is not possible to make credit card repayments for LookCard via bank transfer. LookCard is designed mainly to allow users to have the flexibility to settle their monthly outstanding balance using digital currencies.
What happens if I miss a payment for my outstanding balance?
Missing payments can result in fees or other consequences, as outlined in the LookCard terms and conditions. Be sure to monitor your account and make payment promptly.
Is there any charge for creating a virtual card from my physical LookCard+?
Creating a virtual card from your physical LookCard+ is completely free of charge. All you need to do is bind your physical LookCard+ to the LookCard App.
Is there any charge for creating/ applying for a Virtual LookCard+?
Yes. There is an associated annual fee for applying for Virtual LookCard+. It is important to note that the virtual card application does not include a physical card, nor does it offer the option to request one at a later stage.
 
However, if you opt to apply for a physical credit card, you can seamlessly bind it to your app as a virtual card at no extra charge. This provides flexibility and convenience in managing your finances through our platform.
Why is my LookCard showing as “EXPIRED” is my LookCard app?

The status “expired” on your LookCard indicates that the card has reached its expiration date. When this occurs, the card becomes invalid for further use. To continue benefiting from our services, users will need to create a new card.

Will my LookCard be automatically reissued with the same card number once it expires?

Once LookCard expires, it will be automatically deactivated and cannot be used for transactions.

For virtual cards, users can easily offer a new one through the dashboard, however, in the case of physical cards, user must reach out to our customer service team for assistant in printing and shipping the new card. During this process users have the option to request new card with same card number or opt for a different one. It is important to note that regardless of the choice, the CVV and expiry date will be update for security purpose

What happens to the online subscription fees linked to an expired LookCard?
When your LookCard expires, any online subscription linked to it will be automatically declined. To prevent service interuuption, cardholders should promptly update their subscription payment ddetails with the new LookCard information.
What happens if a refund is issued to an expired LookCard?
If a refund is issued to an expired LookCard, the refund process remains unaffected. Despite the card’s expiration, the refunded amount will still be processed accordingly. Subsequently, the refunded sum will be added to and reflected in the company’s available balance.
