Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can identify and develop new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for expanding our product/ services across various markets while working closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations. This role requires a go-getter attitude, a basic understanding of payment solutions industry, and the ability to navigate a fast-growing startup environment with minimal supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the digital payments and fintech space.
Proactively generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into long-term business partners.
Drive B2B sales by engaging with merchants, financial institutions, and potential resellers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets by executing effective business development strategies.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships to enhance our payment solutions ecosystem.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop market-specific strategies for product adoption.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging payment technologies.
Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and optimize go-to-market approaches.
Work independently and take full ownership of business opportunities.
Adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment and proactively solve challenges.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market insights.

Required Qualifications & Experience

1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech, digital payments, banking, or SaaS.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Bilingual proficiency (Mandarin/ English) to engage with global clients and partners.
Basic understanding of payment solutions platform is a plus.
Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
