Dear Credit Card Cardholders,
Effective immediately, all late payment charges will be automatically deducted from your collateral deposit. This policy applies to:
- Future late payment charges arising from overdue balances
- Any past late payment charges that remain unsettled.
Please note that deductions will reduce your available collateral balance and may impact your credit limit and card usage. To avoid further deductions, we strongly encourage timely settlement of all outstanding balances.

Please be reminded that any account which has been dormant for three (3) consecutive months with an outstanding balance will be automatically blocked in accordance with our policy.
The card will remain blocked until full payment of the outstanding balance is made.
