Whenever you perform an online transaction that requires verification:

• You will be prompted to select your preferred verification method.
  • Please note that due to the limitation arises from local telecom regulations and firewall restrictions, SMS OTP may not be received.
  • In such cases, we recommend choosing verification via the Mobile App for a smoother and more reliable experience.

Verification via Mobile App (WebApp Flow)
Reminder:
When you select Mobile App as your verification method, please note that because this is a WebApp, you will not receive push notifications.

Instead, you will need to return to your WebApp to approve the transaction.

A verification pop-up will automatically appear on your WebApp screen, as shown in the example.

You may verify your transaction here by clicking on the Approve or Reject button, and return to the merchant page/ app.

您可以在此窗口中点击 批准（Approve） 或 拒绝（Reject） 按钮完成交易验证，然后返回商户页面或应用程序继续操作。

If you do not see the pop-up:

• Navigate to the Card Page
• Click on “Card Control
• Choose “PaySafe”

If there are no transactions, the page will display “No Pending Transaction.” If there is a transaction, you will see the transaction details and it will require your approval.
