Terms and Conditions #

1. Introduction #

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the LookCard 11.11 Top-Up Bonus Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by Lookcard Limited (“the Company”). By participating, users acknowledge and agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Campaign Period #

The Campaign runs from November 11, 2025, 00:00 (GMT+8) to November 13, 2025, 23:59 (GMT+8).

3. Eligibility #

• The Campaign is open to all verified and active LookCard users.
• 3.2 A single top-up of USD 500 or above must be completed within the Campaign Period.

4. Bonus Mechanics #

• Eligible users will receive a 1.1% extra bonus based on their top-up amount.
• The bonus will be credited after successful deposit confirmation.
• The bonus is non-transferable, non-convertible, and non-withdrawable, and can only be used for card spending or payments within the LookCard ecosystem.

5. Exclusions and Forfeiture #

• Top-ups through unverified third-party wallets or exchanges not received during the Campaign Period will not qualify.
• Cancelled, refunded, or reversed transactions will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• The Company reserves the right to revoke any bonus found to be obtained through fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive means.

6. Verification and Compliance #

• The Company reserves the right to request documentation for eligibility verification.
• Participation is subject to LookCard’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and KYC/AML standards.
• Non-compliance may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the bonus.

7. Limitation of Liability #

• The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from system errors, network delays, or force majeure.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or suspend the Campaign without prior notice.

8. Amendments and Termination #

• The Company may amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these T&Cs at any time without notice.
• In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall prevail.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution #

• These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
• Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.

5. 失效及例外情况 #

• 通过 未验证的第三方钱包或交易所 充值且未在活动期间到账者，将不具资格。
• 取消、退款或撤销 的交易将导致奖金被取消。
• 若发现 欺诈、滥用或可疑行为，本公司有权撤销已发放的奖金。

6. 审核与合规 #

• 本公司有权要求用户提供资格验证文件。
• 参与本活动须遵守 LookCard 使用条款、隐私政策及KYC/AML合规要求。
• 违反本条款将导致资格取消及奖金没收。

7. 责任限制 #

• 本公司不对因 系统错误、网络延迟或不可抗力 所导致的损失承担责任。
• 本公司保留在不事先通知的情况下 修改或暂停 活动的权利。

8. 修改与终止 #

• 本公司有权在不另行通知的情况下 修改、暂停或终止 本活动或条款。
• 若中英文条款不一致，以 英文版本为准。

9. 适用法律与争议解决 #

• 本条款受 香港特别行政区法律 管辖并按其解释。
• 所有争议将由 香港法院专属管辖。
