CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS #

Campaign Name: LookCard Lite Debit Card Deposit Bonus Rebate Campaign
Campaign Period: November 15th, 2025 (00:00 GMT+8) – December 14th, 2025 (23:59 GMT +8)

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the participation and eligibility requirements for the LookCard Lite Debit Card Deposit Bonus Campaign (“Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, the user (“Cardholder”, “Participant”, “you”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these T&Cs and all other applicable LookCard policies.

CAMPAIGN MECHANICS
The Campaign rewards eligible LookCard Lite Debit Card users with an instant rebate (“Rebate”) when they perform a Qualifying Direct Card Deposit into their debit card balance.

DEFINITION OF QUALIFYING DIRECT CARD DEPOSIT
(a) A Qualifying Direct Card Deposit refers to:

• A deposit made directly into the LookCard Lite Debit Card balance (Card Deposit > On-Chain Deposit),
• Initiated through LookCard’s supported and approved deposit channels,
• Fully processed, cleared, and successfully reflected in the card balance.
  

(b) Non-Qualifying Transactions
The following DO NOT qualify for the rebate:

• Deposits made to the Account Wallet (Wallet Deposit).
• Wallet-to-Card transfers (Deposit to Wallet → Card Deposit Transfer).
• Failed, reversed, cancelled, or refunded transactions.
• Transactions pending compliance review or under AML/CFT investigation.
• Suspicious, test, duplicate, or artificially split deposits.
• Delayed deposits posted after the Campaign Period due to banking or system delays.
• Deposits conducted via unsupported third-party channels.
• Any transfer not classified as a direct top-up into the debit card.
  

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To participate and qualify:

• Cardholder must hold an active, valid, and fully verified LookCard Lite Debit Card.
• Cardholder must have completed KYC according to LookCard’s regulatory standards.
• Cardholder must not have any account or card under suspension, restriction, limitation, or investigation.
• Deposits must be performed during the official Campaign Period.
• Deposits must fulfill all criteria listed.

REBATE HIGHLIGHTS

• Rebate is calculated on the exact amount deposited.
• Rebate is credited instantly upon successful completion of a qualifying transaction.

REBATE CREDITING AND USAGE CONDITIONS

• Rebates will be credited instantly to the debit card balance once the deposit is successfully processed.
• Rebates will be reflected as a separate entry titled “Campaign Rebate” or equivalent in the transaction history.
• Rebate amounts are:
  • Non-exchangeable for cash,
  • Non-transferable,
  • Non-refundable,
  • Not convertible into other forms of credit.

FRAUD, MISUSE & COMPLIANCE

• All transactions are monitored under LookCard’s Fraud Detection, AML/CFT, and Risk Assessment systems.
• LookCard reserves the right to:
  • Withhold, reverse, or cancel rebates,
  • Suspend the card or account,
  • Request additional documents for verification,
  • Disqualify users engaging in irregular activities including but not limited to:
    • Artificial inflating of deposits
    • Circular transactions
    • Abuse of system loopholes
    • Attempts to bypass eligibility rules
• LookCard’s internal assessment and findings shall be deemed final and conclusive.
  

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

• LookCard is not responsible for failed deposits caused by system outage, gateway downtime, or external disruptions.
• Deposits posted after the Campaign Period due to third-party processing time will not qualify.
• Rebates cannot be claimed retroactively.
• LookCard will not honour rebate requests for transactions that do not meet the exact qualifying criteria.
  

MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

• LookCard reserves the absolute right to:
  • Modify the Campaign,
  • Change the rebate structure,
  • Amend these T&Cs,
  • Suspend or terminate the Campaign
    at any time without prior notice.
• Any updates to these T&Cs will take effect immediately upon posting on the official LookCard website.
  

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• For any dispute or inquiry, cardholders may contact LookCard Customer Support.
• Cardholders must provide relevant transaction IDs, statements, and evidence as requested.
• LookCard’s determination regarding rebate entitlement and Campaign compliance shall be final, binding, and non-appealable.
  

LEGAL & REGULATORY

• The Campaign is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
• All participants agree to comply with applicable financial, AML/CFT, and card network regulations.
• LookCard reserves the right to report any suspicious activities to relevant authorities as required by law.
  

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs.
• You consent to LookCard’s compliance and verification procedures.
• You understand that LookCard’s decisions are final.

本条款与细则（“条款”）规范 LookCard Lite 借记卡充值额外奖励活动（“本活动”）的参与资格及相关要求。参与本活动即表示用户（“持卡人”、“参与者”）已充分理解并同意受本条款以及 LookCard 所有相关政策约束。

活动机制
本活动旨在奖励符合条件的 LookCard Lite 借记卡持卡人于活动期间执行合资格的借记卡直接存款交易（“合资格直接卡存款”），持卡人将可获得即时存款额外奖励（“返利”）。

合资格直接卡存款的定义
(a) 合资格直接卡存款需同时符合以下条件：

• 存款须为直接充值至 LookCard Lite 借记卡余额；
• 存款须通过 LookCard 官方支持及认可的充值渠道完成；
• 存款须成功入账并已反映于借记卡余额。
  

(b) 非合资格交易（不予返利）
以下情形不符合返利资格：

• 充值至账户钱包（Account Wallet）的存款。
• 账户钱包余额转入借记卡的“转卡操作”（Wallet → Card Transfer）。
• 被取消、失败、撤销、退款或未成功的交易。
• 因 KYC/AML 审查而暂缓的交易。
• 可疑、重复、测试交易，或通过人为拆单方式试图提升返利等级者。
• 因银行或渠道延迟而于活动期后入账的交易。
• 通过非授权或第三方未认可渠道进行的充值。
• 任何未被系统记录为“借记卡直接充值”的交易类型。
  

参与资格
持卡人必须满足以下所有条件方可参与：

• 持有一张有效、状态正常且已完成身份验证（KYC）的 LookCard Lite 借记卡；
• 账户状态良好，未被暂停、限制、冻结或审查；
• 交易须于活动期间内完成入账；
• 交易必须完全符合所列要求。

LookCard 可在不预先通知的情况下排除企业账户、批量账户或高风险账户。

返利结构

单笔借记卡直接存款金额（USD）	返利比例	示例

返利说明

• 返利以单笔成功交易的实际存款金额计算。
• 返利将在合资格交易成功后即时发放至借记卡余额。
  

返利发放与使用规定

• 返利将于合资格直接卡存款成功入账后即时发放到借记卡余额。
• 返利将以“存款返利”或类似备注显示于交易记录中。
• 返利金额具有以下特性：
  •  不可兑换现金；
  • 不可转让；
  • 不可退款；
  • 不可转换为任何其他形式的资产或额度。
• 返利金额不计入任何其他活动的最低要求或返利结构。
• 返利不得用于提升下一等级返利的计算基础。

合规、风控与反欺诈

• 所有交易将接受 LookCard 的 反洗钱（AML）、反恐融资（CFT）、风险监控及异常检测系统的审核
• LookCard 保留以下权利：
  •  暂停、扣回或取消返利；
  • 冻结或限制账户；
  • 要求用户提供额外资料进行验证；
  • 取消任何被认定为违规、异常或滥用系统者的资格。
• 若发现持卡人存在以下行为，本公司有权立即拒绝返利并采取必要措施：
  • 人为拆单提高返利等级；
  •  循环资金操作；
  •  滥用返利机制；
  • 使用不合规或欺诈手段。
• LookCard 的内部评估结果为最终且具约束力。
  

限制与免责声明

• LookCard 不对因银行或渠道延迟、网络中断、第三方系统故障导致的存款失败负责。
• 因处理延迟导致非活动期内入账的存款将不予返利。
• 返利不可追溯申请，亦不可人工补发。
• 对于不符合本条款的交易，LookCard 无义务提供返利。
  

条款的修改与终止

• LookCard 有权在无需事先通知的情况下修改、延长、暂停或终止本活动或本条款。
• 所有更改将在 LookCard 官方网站发布后立即生效。

争议处理

• 用户如对返利有疑问，可联系 LookCard 客服团队提出查询。
• 用户须根据要求提供相关截图、交易编号或凭证。
• LookCard 对于返利资格、交易审核及条款解释的最终决定均具有最终及不可申诉性。
  

法律与监管

• 本活动受香港特别行政区法律监管。
• 持卡人须遵守所有适用金融法规、反洗钱/反恐融资规定以及卡网络规则。
• LookCard 有权根据监管要求向相关主管机关报告可疑活动。

• 已阅读并理解本条款；
• 接受 LookCard 的验证、稽核与风险控制程序；
• 接受 LookCard 的最终裁决权。
