STEP #01: #

Upon receiving your physical card, please ensure that the package includes both your card and the activation PIN enclosed inside. You may then proceed to activate your card via the LOOKCARD.IO WebApp. Simply log in to your account, navigate to “Card Control“, and select “Physical Card Activation“.

Note:
The Physical Card Activation button will only be visible if you have ordered a physical card. Once your shipment status is updated to – Delivered, the activation option will automatically appear.

STEP #02: #

Enter the 6-digit activation PIN provided in your card package to complete the card activation process.

After entering your activation PIN, click the “Activate” button. Your card will then be successfully activated. For security purposes, please proceed to reset your PIN immediately, as this will also serve as your ATM PIN.

Navigate to “Card Control” and select “Change PIN” to set your new personal PIN.

Enter your new card PIN and re-enter it for confirmation. Then click Update. Your new PIN has now been successfully changed.
