Ready to enjoy LookCard offline? Order your physical card in just a few steps and start spending everywhere Visa is accepted.
STEP #01:
To order your physical card, please log in to the LOOKCARD.IO WebApp, navigate to “Card” → “Card Control” → “Physical Card Order”.
⚠️ Note: If you previously added the WebApp to your phone’s home screen, you may need to remove and re-add it to ensure the latest version is updated.
STEP #02:
Then you will see the order screen as shown above. Please fill in your shipping details and select your preferred shipping method — Standard or Express.
⚠️ Note: Express shipping comes with an additional fee.
STEP #03:
Once you proceed, you will see an overview of the card ordering fees involved. Shipping fees vary depending on the destination.
Select your payment currency — either USDT or USDC. The card order fee will be deducted directly from your account wallet, so please ensure you have sufficient funds available.
STEP #04:
After selecting your payment currency, the system will automatically display the exact amount of the selected currency required, equivalent to the charges in USD.
Carefully review and acknowledge the terms and clauses presented. Once you agree, proceed to submit your payment to complete the order.
STEP #05:
Upon successful submission and payment, the system will confirm that your payment was successful and that your order has been placed for review.
⚠️ If your account wallet has insufficient balance, the system will not allow you to proceed. You will need to top up your wallet before completing the order.
STEP #06:
You can now track your card order status directly under “Card Control” → “Shipment Status”.
Kindly note that card orders are processed on a weekly basis, every Friday at 12:00 PM (Hong Kong time).
⚠️ Any orders placed after this cut-off time will only be processed the following Friday.

选择付款币种后，系统会自动显示所需支付的准确币种金额，与美元金额等值。
请仔细阅读并确认相关条款。在同意后，提交付款以完成订购。
步骤 5:
成功提交并完成付款后，系统会提示您的付款成功，并显示订单已提交等待审核。
⚠️ 若账户钱包余额不足，系统将不允许继续操作，您需先充值补足余额后才能完成订购。
步骤 6:
您现在可以在 “卡片控制“ → ”发货状态“ 中随时查看您的卡片订单进度。
请注意，实体卡订单每周五中午 12 点（香港时间）统一处理。
⚠️ 若在截止时间后提交，订单将顺延至下一个周五进行处理。
