- Campaign Period
- This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is valid from October 01, 2025 (00:00 GMT+8) to October 31, 2025 (23:59 GMT+8), both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
- Applications or activations completed outside the Campaign Period will not be eligible for this Campaign.
- Eligibility
- Participation is open exclusively to newly registered users who apply for and activate any LookCard (Debit or Credit) during the Campaign Period.
- Each eligible user is entitled to receive only one (1) rebate voucher, regardless of the type or number of cards applied for.
- Applications for a second or subsequent LookCard (Debit or Credit) under the same user account will not be eligible.
- This Campaign is only available to users who complete registration and activation via the LOOKCARD.IO Web App. Registrations or activations performed through other channels are not eligible.
- Definition of Activation Success
- For the purpose of this Campaign, “Activation Success” shall mean that all of the following conditions are fully completed:
- The user has successfully applied for a LookCard and passed all required KYC verification checks.
- The user has performed the required minimum first-time deposit.
- The card has been successfully activated and is ready for use.
- Only upon completion of all three (3) steps above will the user be deemed to have achieved “Activation Success” and become eligible for the rebate voucher.
- For the purpose of this Campaign, “Activation Success” shall mean that all of the following conditions are fully completed:
- Rebate Voucher Offer
- Eligible users will automatically be granted a USD 10 Rebate Voucher upon Activation Success of their first LookCard (Debit or Credit).
- The Rebate Voucher is strictly limited to use for card order fees only and cannot be applied to any other product, service, or transaction.
- The voucher will be automatically applied at the card order confirmation page during checkout.
- The Rebate Voucher is:
- Non-Transferable
- Non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other substitute.
- Limited to one per user.
- Voucher Redemption & Expiry
- The Rebate Voucher will be automatically available and reflected at the time of the initial card order confirmation.
- The Rebate Voucher must be redeemed on or before 15 November 2025 (23:59 GMT+8).
- Any unused vouchers after this date will be deemed forfeited and shall not be reinstated, extended, or refunded.
- Anniversary Special: First-Time Deposit Requirement
- As part of the Anniversary Celebration, the minimum initial deposit required for activation is reduced to USD 100 during the Campaign Period.
- This special deposit amount is applicable only once per eligible user and only during the Campaign Period.
- General Provisions
- The Company reserves the right to:
- Verify the eligibility of participants at any time.
- Disqualify any participant found to have engaged in fraud, abuse, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
- The Company shall not be held responsible for any delay, loss, or unsuccessful card activation caused by third-party service providers, system errors, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- In the event of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
- The Company reserves the right to:
- Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
- Participants irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the HKSAR in relation to any claim or matter arising under or in connection with this Campaign.
- Language
- These Terms & Conditions may be translated into other languages for reference purposes.
- In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
- Acceptance of Terms
- By participating in this campaign, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the PowerSpender Rebate Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as the broader LookCard Cardholder Agreement.
