The mobile app and web app currently operate on separate systems. As part of our platform upgrade, we are transitioning to a new system for the web app, which requires all users to create a new account specifically for web access.
Even if your login works on the mobile app, it will not automatically sync with the web app at this time.
Please register a new account via the web app using the same or a different email address, and follow the instructions to access web features such as debit card registration.
